Booking Information:
Full Day (8am–4pm) - Available only for children aged 5–11 years.
Half Day (8am–12pm) - Available for children aged 4–11 years.
Please note: 4‑year‑olds can only attend morning half‑day sessions.
Wraparound Care: Late Pick Up: 4–5pm
Drop Off & Collection Windows:
Drop Off: 8-9.15am
Normal Pick Up: 3.30-4pm
Late Pick Up: 4-5pm (additional cost; book in advance)
Late Collection Policy:
We understand that delays can happen. There is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled collection time. After this, a charge of £1 per minute will apply.
On-the-Day Essentials
Please ensure your child brings the following each day at Mega Stars:
Clothing and footwear suitable for running and for the weather (e.g., waterproofs, sun hat, sunglasses).
A packed lunch and snacks. We operate a strict NO NUTS policy.
Children staying for Late Pick Up must bring additional snacks, as we cannot provide food.
A refillable water bottle.
Any additional items specified during the booking process or on the website.
A rucksack for their belongings.
Sunscreen (weather dependent). Please apply before arrival; staff will supervise reapplication as needed.
A change of clothes (optional/age dependent).
Payments
Debit/credit card payments made online will incur platform fees set by ClassForKids and Stripe. These fees go directly to them and are non‑refundable.

After your order is confirmed, select ‘ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS’ at checkout. You can then pay your booking total via bank transfer using the details above, or email us to arrange cash payment. We are VAT registered, and all prices include VAT.
